Recently, Fuyang Municipal Procuratorate and Jieshou Municipal Procuratorate respectively invited members of the standing committees of the two levels of people's congresses and deputies to watch the trial of Jieshou Municipal Procuratorate against Jieshou Municipal Water Affairs Bureau in administrative public interest litigation for performance of duties. The city's two-level civil administration procuratorial police and some law enforcement personnel of Jieshou Water Affairs Bureau participated in the audit.

Jieshou Water Affairs Bureau failed to take effective measures to stop the illegal acts of the two persons after receiving the procuratorial advice.
