Recently, Fuyang Municipal Procuratorate and Jieshou Municipal Procuratorate respectively invited members of the standing committees of the two levels of people's congresses and deputies to watch the trial of Jieshou Municipal Procuratorate against Jieshou Municipal Water Affairs Bureau in administrative public interest litigation for performance of duties. The city's two-level civil administration procuratorial police and some law enforcement personnel of Jieshou Water Affairs Bureau participated in the audit.

After finding the clues of the case, the Jieshou Municipal Procuratorate issued a procuratorial proposal to the Jieshou Municipal Water Affairs Bureau, suggesting that the bureau perform its supervision and management duties according to law and protect groundwater resources effectively. Jieshou Water Affairs Bureau failed to take effective measures to stop the illegal acts of the two persons after receiving the procuratorial advice. After being reported to Anhui Provincial People's Procuratorate for approval, Jieshou Municipal People's Procuratorate two thousand and eighteen year eight month six On October, the administrative public interest litigation was filed with Jieshou Municipal People's Court.
