From January to September 2023, the procuratorial organs of the whole province will adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly implement Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, comprehensively implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, and earnestly implement the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee on Strengthening the Legal Supervision of Procuratorial Organs in a New Era And the Implementation Opinions of the CPC Anhui Provincial Committee on Strengthening the Legal Supervision of Procuratorial Organs in the New Era, actively perform the legal supervision function according to law, deeply promote the comprehensive, coordinated and full development of the "four major procuratorates", and provide a strong legal guarantee for the comprehensive construction of a socialist modern country.
1、 Criminal procuratorial work
（1） Review the arrest and prosecution. From January to September 2023, the provincial procuratorial organs approved and decided to arrest 17576 suspects of all kinds; 11416 people were not arrested, with a rate of 39.4%. A total of 58929 people were decided to sue and 17390 people were not prosecuted, with a non prosecution rate of 22.8%.
（2） Application of leniency system for pleading guilty. Among the cases that have been reviewed and prosecuted, 88.9% of the cases that have been concluded in the same period are those that apply the system of confession, admission, punishment and leniency; The procuratorial organ made 97.2% of the recommendations on determining and sentencing; As for the sentencing suggestions put forward by the procuratorial organ, the number of people accepted by the court accounted for 98.1% of the number of sentencing suggestions put forward in the same period.
（3） Supervision and handling of criminal proceedings
1. Case filing supervision. From January to September 2023, the provincial procuratorial organs carried out 4462 case filing (withdrawal) supervision over public security organs; After supervision, 4356 cases have been filed (withdrawn) by the public security organs.
2. Correct illegal investigation activities. From January to September 2023, the provincial procuratorial organs proposed 9714 corrections for illegal acts in investigation activities, with a supervision acceptance rate of 96%.
3. Criminal protest. From January to September 2023, the procuratorial organs of the province raised 303 protests, and 173 cases were changed and remanded for retrial by the courts, accounting for 79% of the total number of trials concluded.
4. Correct illegal criminal trial activities. From January to September 2023, the procuratorial organs of the whole province proposed to correct 895 cases of illegal acts in criminal trial activities in writing, and the judicial organs adopted 99% of them in the same period.
（4） Criminal prosecution. From January to September 2023, the provincial procuratorial organs put forward 125 written supervision opinions on "commutation, parole, temporary execution outside prison"; 4316 written supervision opinions on serious violations of criminal punishment execution and supervision activities; 3022 persons proposed to correct illegal acts of execution outside prison; 1743 cases of improper performance of property judgments were corrected.
（5） Handling of cases of duty crimes committed by judicial staff. From January to September 2023, the procuratorial organs of the whole province will file cases to investigate 55 job related crimes committed by judicial staff.
2、 Civil procuratorial work
（1） Supervision over effective civil judgments, rulings and mediation statements. From January to September 2023, the procuratorial organs of the province completed 2235 cases of effective civil judgment supervision, and put forward 610 supervision opinions, including 202 protests and 403 retrial procuratorial suggestions.
（2） Supervision over civil trial activities. From January to September 2023, the provincial procuratorial organs put forward 1289 procuratorial suggestions on illegal acts in civil trial activities, and the court adopted 86.5% of them in the same period.
（3） Supervision over civil enforcement activities. From January to September 2023, the provincial procuratorial organs put forward 1754 procuratorial suggestions on illegal acts in civil enforcement activities, and the court adopted 72.8% of them in the same period.
（4） Supervision over civil false litigation. From January to September 2023, 393 false lawsuits were involved in the civil litigation supervision opinions proposed by the provincial procuratorial organs.
（5） Civil support for prosecution. From January to September 2023, the provincial procuratorial organs supported a total of 3829 prosecutions, of which 3017 supported migrant workers.
3、 Administrative procuratorial work
（1） Supervision over effective administrative judgments, rulings and mediation statements. From January to September 2023, the provincial procuratorial organs handled 289 cases of administrative effective judgment supervision, including 9 protests to the courts; There were 3 changes in court retrial, accounting for 75% of the total number of trials. Eight retrial procuratorial suggestions were put forward, and the court ruled five retrials in the same period, with the adoption rate of 62.5%.
（2） Supervision over administrative trial activities. From January to September 2023, the procuratorial organs of the province put forward 579 procuratorial suggestions on illegal acts in administrative trial activities, and the courts adopted 88.1% of them in the same period.
（3） Supervision over administrative implementation activities. From January to September 2023, the provincial procuratorial organs put forward 853 procuratorial suggestions for illegal acts in administrative enforcement activities, and the courts adopted 76.7% of them in the same period.
（4） Substantive resolution of administrative disputes. From January to September 2023, 55 administrative disputes were resolved substantively.
4、 Public interest litigation procuratorial work
（1） Case filing. From January to September 2023, the procuratorial organs of the province registered 8667 public interest litigation cases. There were 2356 civil public interest litigation cases and 6311 administrative public interest litigation cases.
（2） Rectification before litigation. From January to September 2023, 5366 pre litigation procuratorial suggestions were put forward in administrative public interest litigation, and 95.2% of cases were solved before litigation.
（3） Litigation and judgment. From January to September 2023, the provincial procuratorial organs filed 1358 public interest lawsuits. In the same period, the support rate of the court's first instance decisions was 99.6%.
5、 The procuratorial work of minors
（1） Review the arrest. From January to September 2023, the provincial procuratorial organs approved the arrest of 517 juvenile suspects, and 1057 were not arrested, with a non arrest rate of 67.2%. During the same period, 1560 people were approved to be arrested for crimes against minors.
（2） Review the prosecution. From January to September 2023, the provincial procuratorial organs decided to prosecute 999 juvenile suspects, 1139 of whom would not be prosecuted, with a non prosecution rate of 53.3%. At the conclusion of the trial, 941 people made conditional non prosecution decisions, accounting for 40% of the number of trials concluded. During the same period, 2064 people were prosecuted for crimes against minors.
（3） Applicable conditions of relevant special systems. From January to September 2023, the procuratorial organs of the province will carry out special prevention for 56 times against those who do not arrest, do not prosecute, are sentenced to punishment, and are not subject to criminal punishment until they reach the age of criminal responsibility through help and education return visits, psychological counseling, family education guidance and other forms; We conducted 984 rounds of lectures on the rule of law.
6、 Prosecution of complaints
（1） Letters and visits. From January to September 2023, the provincial procuratorial organs received 19787 letters and visits from the masses; 2631 repeated letters and visits. 36 criminal compensation applications were accepted, and 16 criminal compensation were decided.
（2） Judicial assistance work. From January to September 2023, the procuratorial organs of the province actually rescued 1583 people.
7、 Other working conditions
（1） The handling of cases by the leaders of the enrollment hospital. From January to September 2023, the leaders of the provincial procuratorial organs handled 29779 cases in total. Among them, 1244 cases were handled by the chief procurators at all levels, accounting for 4.2%; 28535 cases were handled by the Deputy Procurator General, full-time members of the Procuratorate Committee and other admitted leaders, accounting for 95.8%.
（2） The Procurator General shall attend the meetings of the Judicial Committee of the People's Court as a nonvoting delegate. From January to September 2023, the chief procurators of procuratorates at all levels and deputy chief procurators entrusted by the chief procurator of the province attended 559 meetings of the judicial committee of the people's court as nonvoting delegates.
