The actual management leader of the company is Li Moujia. The company has training department, quality inspection department, operation department, customer service department, personnel department, technology department and collection department. The collection department has five business departments, and Sun Moumou is the collector of three departments.

In order to collect loans, the collection department of * * Company, using mobile phones, internet phones and other electronic devices as the terminal of the mobile communication network, frequently calls or bombards several borrowers and contacts in the address book with short messages and phone calls, abusing, intimidating and threatening the borrowers and their contacts in the address book, seriously affecting the work, life and business of others.

In order to collect debts, the person not prosecuted, Sun, sent WeChat and SMS messages to the victim Wang for many times, made frequent phone threats, threatened, abused and harassed the victim and his contacts in the address book.

The Court believes that ， Sun Moumou has committed the act specified in Article 293 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, but the circumstances of the crime are minor, and he voluntarily pleads guilty to punishment. According to Article 37 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, he can be exempted from punishment. In accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 177 of the Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, it was decided not to prosecute Sun.
