On October 30, 2019, the court decided to grant him a guarantor pending trial.

The defendant, Mr. Hou, was born on * * *, 1997, with a resident ID card number of 3401211997 ************, a Han nationality, a junior high school student, whose domicile is in Group * *, * * Village, * * Township, Changfeng County, Hefei City, Anhui Province. The defendant, Mr. Hou, was held in administrative detention for 4 days by Shushan Branch of Hefei Public Security Bureau on May 21, 2015 for drug abuse. On November 1, 2018, he was granted a guarantor pending trial by the Economic Development Branch of Hefei Public Security Bureau on suspicion of assisting in organizing prostitution. On October 28, 2019, the court decided to grant him a guarantor pending trial.

Defendant Wang Moujia, male, born on * * *, 1962, with resident ID card number of 3404051962 ************, Han nationality, junior high school culture, whose domicile is No. * * * *, * * Building * *, * * Village * * Zhuang, Bagongshan District, Huainan City, Anhui Province. On December 7, 2018, the defendant Wang Moujia was granted a guarantor pending trial by the Economic Development Branch of Hefei Public Security Bureau on suspicion of assisting in organizing prostitution. On October 29, 2019, the court decided to grant him a guarantor pending trial.

Cause of action Hefei Public Security Bureau After the investigation of the Development Branch, the defendant Zhong was suspected of organizing prostitution, and the defendants Hou and Wang were suspected of assisting in organizing prostitution. On October 24, 2019, they were transferred to our court for review and prosecution. After accepting the case, the court informed the defendant within the statutory time limit that he had the right to entrust the defender and the possible legal consequences of pleading guilty and accepting punishment, interrogated the defendant according to law, listened to the defendant's opinions, and reviewed all case materials. During the period, it will be returned for two supplementary investigations, and the time limit for examination and prosecution will be extended according to law.

After legal review, it is found that:

From October 2015 to September 30, 2018, the defendant Zhong worked as the technician foreman in Jincheng Bathing Pool (formerly Tianmen Lake Bathing Pool) in Hefei Economic Development Zone. In October 2018, Zhong contracted the bathtub. From October 2016 to October 2018, Zhong organized several women to engage in prostitution activities in the bathtub for many times. During this period, the defendant Hou was responsible for receiving clients, arranging prostitutes to provide sexual services for clients, and informing the police when they checked. The defendant Wang Moujia is responsible for informing the police during the inspection. At 0:30 on October 22, 2018, the public security organ found Wang XX B, Wang XX C, Lu XX and their clients Zhang XX, Chen XX and Liu XX who were engaged in prostitution on the spot in Jincheng Bathing Pool.

At about 14:46 on October 25, 2018, Mr. Zhong voluntarily surrendered to the public security organ. At about 14:00 on October 31, 2018, Mr. Hou and Mr. Wang voluntarily surrendered to the public security organ.

The evidence for ascertaining the above facts is as follows:

1. Household registration information, filing process, query certificate and other documentary evidence; 2. Testimony of Fan, Shan, Liu and others; 3. The confession and defense of the defendants Zhong, Hou and Wang; 4. Records of on-site inspection and identification.

The above evidence collection procedure is legal and the content is objective and true enough to identify the facts of the allegations. The defendants Zhong, Hou and Wang had no objection to the facts and evidence of the alleged crime, and voluntarily pleaded guilty to punishment.

The Court believes that the defendant Zhong Moumou has organized others to engage in prostitution, and his behavior has violated the provisions of Article 358 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China. The criminal facts are clear, the evidence is true and sufficient, and his criminal responsibility should be investigated as the crime of organizing prostitution. The defendants, Mr. Hou and Mr. Wang, were employed to help others while they were working in Jincheng Bathing Pool, knowing that others organized prostitution. Their acts have violated the provisions of the fourth paragraph of Article 358 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China. The criminal facts are clear, the evidence is reliable and sufficient, and they should be investigated for criminal responsibility for the crime of assisting in organizing prostitution. The defendants Zhong XX, Hou XX and Wang XX voluntarily and truthfully confessed their crimes, admitted the facts of the alleged crimes, and were willing to accept punishment. In accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of the Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, they can be lenient in accordance with the law. In accordance with the provisions of Article 176 of the Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, if you initiate a public prosecution, please be sentenced according to law.
