　　 Zhejiang boss accepts social correction in Anhui  

　　 "Great! Now I don't have to run between Zhejiang and Anhui anymore!" Recently, after learning that Anji County, Zhejiang Province, and relevant departments in Ningguo City, Anhui Province jointly introduced a cross regional cooperation mechanism for community correction, Boss Zhang called Huang Jianwei, the director of the Third Procuratorial Department of Anji County Procuratorate, and couldn't hide his excitement.  

　　 Boss Zhang is a native of Anji County, Zhejiang Province. In his early years, he partnered with fellow villager Tang to establish a swivel chair factory in Ningguo, Anhui Province. At the beginning of the establishment of the factory, Mr. Tang actually managed and operated it. At that time, business was booming. Later, because of the difference in their business philosophy, they decided to end the partnership. After the split, Boss Zhang thought he had suffered a loss, so he took Tang's previous loan slip as evidence and sued to the court to ask Tang to pay back the money. Later, the court found out, rejected the lawsuit and transferred the clues of his suspected false lawsuit to the public security organ. At the end of June this year, Boss Zhang was sentenced by the Anji County Court to eight months' imprisonment and one year's probation for false litigation.  

　　 At the beginning of July, Boss Zhang reported to Anji County Community Correction Agency and began to accept community correction. In the meantime, he received several calls from customers who were unwilling to pay for the goods because of the quality problem of the swivel chair. This makes it even worse for the swivel chair factory, which is already in difficult operation.  

　　 Boss Zhang was unable to carry out regular cross regional activities in Anji and Ningguo due to his acceptance of community correction, and his application for leave for six months submitted to the community correction authority was not approved, which made him anxious.  

　　 Anji County Procuratorate learned this clue in the process of carrying out special rectification and prosecution for enterprise related personnel. The procurator came to Zhang's home three times and the swivel chair factory in Ningguo, Anhui Province to learn his family situation and the actual operation of the swivel chair factory in detail. According to the field visit, the swivel chair factory is not only the main source of income for Zhang's family, but also the main source of income for more than 40 migrant workers in the factory. According to relevant regulations, it is recommended to approve his application for leave for six months.  

　　 After being admitted to Ningguo, Anhui, Zhang called Huang Jianwei, the prosecutor: "I will report to the Anji correction department every month and participate in ideological and political studies and public welfare work regularly."

　　 Through active communication, Leaders of the procuratorate and the judicial bureau of Anji County, Zhejiang Province and Ningguo City, Anhui Province, hit it off and jointly introduced a cross regional cooperation mechanism for community corrections 。  

　　 On July 29, Anji County Procuratorate and County Judicial Bureau signed the above cooperation mechanism with Ningguo Municipal Procuratorate and Municipal Judicial Bureau, clarifying the unified identification standards for entrusted supervision, remote investigation, information exchange and other matters. According to this cooperation mechanism, Boss Zhang only needs to report to the community correction department of Ningguo City every month to participate in correction activities, and no longer has to run back to Anji.
