In order to deeply understand the production and operation of enterprises and the needs of the rule of law, improve the accuracy of the procuratorial organ in serving the market subject and the quality and efficiency of the work "for the benefit of the people", and help to create a first-class legal business environment, since the provincial procuratorate deployed the activity of "prosecutors into enterprises for a hundred days to understand the practice" in June this year, Procuratorates at all levels selected 66 prosecutors to practice in 17 key state-owned enterprises and 49 key private enterprises.  

　　 In order to deploy and promote the work of prosecutors entering enterprises, the provincial procuratorate actively consulted with the provincial SASAC and the provincial federation of industry and commerce, printed and distributed the implementation plan, and made clear requirements on the selection method, selection procedures, specific posts and overall time arrangement of prosecutors to practice in enterprises, so as to ensure that the activity organization is standardized and orderly, and the province's "one game of chess" is promoted.  

　　 It is understood that since the deployment of the activities, the procuratorial organs at all levels have taken the practical activities as an important part of the implementation of the "government procuratorate linkage" working mechanism, contacted the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the Federation of Industry and Commerce, asked for the recommendation of practice receiving enterprises, fully solicited opinions and suggestions, and flexibly selected and assigned prosecutors to the enterprise legal affairs Management and other departments follow the class to learn and understand the practice.  

　　 At the same time, procuratorates at all levels give priority to the selection of outstanding young cadres with certain development potential, taking into account the structure of the procurator team and the work experience and qualifications of cadres, so as to ensure the quality of the selection.
