"I swear: be loyal to the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, safeguard the authority of the Constitution, perform legal duties, be loyal to the motherland, be loyal to the people..." On the morning of May 11, the Political Department of the Provincial Procuratorate organized 15 provincial procuratorates and sent new procurators to the procuratorate to take the constitutional oath. Entrusted by Procurator General Chen Wu, Zhou Yong, a member of the Party Leadership Group and director of the Political Department, went to the scene to supervise the oath. Zhang Dehong, the first level senior prosecutor, took the oath.

The swearing in ceremony kicked off when the new prosecutor sang the national anthem. The new procurator, dressed in uniform, stood in order and was energetic. Under Zhang Dehong's oath, he faced the national flag, raised his right fist and solemnly swore.

Holding the constitutional oath ceremony is an important measure to implement the Procurator Law and the constitutional oath system, as well as an incentive and spur for new prosecutors. The new prosecutor said that, as a people's prosecutor in the new era of the Republic, he felt both the glory of his mission and the great responsibility. He would take this as a new starting point, remember his oath, remember his identity, perform his duties according to law, shoulder his mission bravely, adhere to the principle of justice for the people, safeguard fairness and justice, fulfill his solemn commitment under the national flag with practical actions, and pay tribute to the 20th CPC National Congress with high-quality procuratorial performance.
