Tao Fangde introduced the highlights of the procuratorial work from ten aspects, including the education and rectification of the procuratorial team, serving the overall situation and protecting the development of enterprises, promoting the implementation of the system of less arrests, more cautious prosecutions and more lenient sentences, and pleading guilty. On behalf of the members, they spoke highly of the province's procuratorial system's loyal performance of duties and responsibilities over the past year, and believed that the procuratorial organs of the province had made remarkable achievements in serving the overall development, escorting the private economy, strengthening the protection of public interests, helping ecological construction, practicing justice for the people, safeguarding the rights and interests of special groups, and strengthening team building. At the same time, the representative members also put forward suggestions based on what they know, heard and felt.
