From October 25 to 27, Feng Tao, the deputy director of the Information Technology Center of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and his delegation came to Anhui to supervise the electronic procuratorial work of the Provincial Procuratorate, Hefei Shushan District Procuratorate, and Huaibei Procuratorate, and investigate the work related to the unified business application system 2.0 (Unified Software 2.0 for short). Ma Shengli, a full-time member of the Procuratorate Committee of the Provincial People's Procuratorate, accompanied the investigation.

For the unified software 2.0 work, Feng Tao pointed out that the work in Anhui is very practical and refreshing. With the deployment of unified software 2.0 under the full information and innovation environment, Anhui has taken the lead in the national procuratorial organs, which has a good reference for the integrated application of unified software and information and innovation environment of the national procuratorial organs. In the follow-up work, cross network switching, political and legal coordination and other issues should be considered as a whole; The potential risk points and high availability of the system will be tested more frequently. The problems found in the process of testing and trial use will be summarized and fed back to the highest inspection in a timely manner. The highest inspection will follow up and guide the whole process.

It is understood that at the end of 2018, in order to meet the new requirements of procuratorial work, the Supreme People's Procuratorate launched the construction of unified software 2.0. According to the highest inspection deployment, unified software 2.0 will be officially launched in the national four level procuratorates early next year. The Anhui Provincial Procuratorate attaches great importance to this work, and has established a leading group and a special work office for the deployment and application of unified business application system 2.0, headed by Xue Jiangwu, the Procurator General of the Anhui Provincial Procuratorate. It has five special working groups, and has formulated and issued work implementation plans and implementation deployment manuals. Reverse the construction period and carry out wall chart operations.

Information and innovation work is the core strategy of the country. As a pilot province of information and innovation work determined by the central government, Anhui Province undertakes the corresponding pilot task. The provincial procuratorate closely combines the information innovation work arrangement, and explores the adaptation of the unified software 2.0 information innovation environment according to the four synchronization principles of the work network, unified business 2.0 and information innovation work "synchronous planning, synchronous design, synchronous construction, and synchronous startup". Adhere to the principle of "replace as much as you can and should replace as much as you can". When Unified Business 2.0 is enabled, online office and the mail system information creation version will be enabled synchronously. At the same time, unclassified application systems in other business networks will be migrated to the work network.

It is the first time for procuratorial organs across the country to deploy unified software 2.0 in an environment fully adapted to the information and innovation platform, and there is no successful experience to learn from. In the process of construction, the Supreme People's Procuratorate gave strong guidance and help, and gave constructive suggestions and guidance plans for the existing problems and difficulties. In August 2020, the Provincial Procuratorate completed the establishment of the ICT hardware support platform and the ICT version cloud platform, and has now completed the deployment of the unified software 2.0 database, process case handling, electronic file, capability open platform, intelligent auxiliary tools, electronic seal, identity authentication and supporting basic software in the ICT platform, and has completed the process case handling and intelligent auxiliary tools, capability platform, electronic seal The docking of identity authentication and other systems has passed the function, performance and stability tests of the system, and the preparation of unified software 2.0 for ICT and related applications has been basically completed. It is reported that Anhui is the first of the non pilot units of the national procuratorial organs to complete the deployment of unified software 2.0 in the full information and innovation environment.  

From October 26, the provincial procuratorate will organize a week-long training of the provincial procuratorial organs' unified software 2.0 technical backbone. Feng Tao and his delegation came to the training course site to learn about the training course, give important instructions to the trainees, and put forward ardent hopes. The holding of the training course has laid a solid foundation for the launch of the work network, the unified software 2.0, and the comprehensive application of the online office system in the province.

Next, the Anhui procuratorial organ will do a good job in system authority configuration and application training to ensure that the unified software 2.0 ICT version is launched on time.
