In the afternoon of February 14, Ma Jun, the prosecutor of the Third Procuratorate Department of the Anhui Provincial Procuratorate, and Sheng Haibo, the assistant prosecutor, successfully completed the first interrogation of Tang Moumou, a bribery suspect detained in the detention center of Chuzhou City, Anhui Province, in the remote interrogation room of the provincial procuratorate. It is reported that this is the first duty crime case handled by the Anhui Provincial Procuratorate since the epidemic prevention and control.  

　　 Tang XX He was formerly the deputy director of a council (at the level of deputy department). His suspected bribery case was investigated and ended by the Anhui Provincial Supervision Commission, and was transferred to the provincial procuratorate for review and prosecution. On the same day, the Anhui Provincial Procuratorate decided to detain him. On February 13, Chuzhou Public Security Bureau detained him and handed him over to Chuzhou Detention Center.

In order to handle cases in accordance with the law and ensure safety during the epidemic prevention and control period, Xue Jiangwu, the chief procurator of Anhui Provincial Procuratorate, and Tao Fangde, the deputy chief procurator in charge, attach great importance to it and put forward clear requirements.

With the strong support and active coordination of the relevant leaders of the Anhui Provincial Supervision Commission and relevant departments, the Third Procuratorial Department of the Anhui Provincial Procuratorate comprehensively considered the suspects' health status, possible emergencies in epidemic prevention and control, working methods in specific periods and other factors, designed two sets of plans in advance, and adjusted the interrogation methods and priorities in a timely manner, Through full cooperation with the provincial and Chuzhou procuratorate, the legal police, the procuratorial office in the detention center and other departments, the suspects were handed over, physically examined, sent to the detention center, and remotely interrogated.

The whole remote trial lasted more than one hour, and the criminal suspect Tang Moumou confessed all the facts of the crime transferred for examination and prosecution, and expressed his willingness to plead guilty to punishment.
