In order to promote the informatization of investigation and the modernization of investigation equipment, and actively adapt to the actual needs of duty crime investigation in the information age, the Dingyuan County Procuratorate has successively built an electronic evidence judicial identification center and an investigation information command platform. Through the effective use of high-tech equipment such as body and mind monitors, it has striven to build a "cloud investigation" model of information guided investigation, Realized the transformation of self investigation and case handling from traditional to intelligent.

According to the mode of "cloud investigation", the hospital has successively built "three platforms".

　 First, multi platform networking, building a basic information cloud platform, and realizing the "all-round" research and judgment of the investigation information command center. In October 2014, the hospital completed the final networking of three platforms, namely, the private network of external units, the procuratorial intranet, and the Internet. This basic information cloud platform uses three ways, namely, private line networking, query fast channel, and regular copy, to share dozens of types of information, such as household registration, family planning, organization code, and industrial and commercial registration, to the cloud platform, forming a comprehensive, integrated, efficient The highly shared basic information database realizes the data support of accurate query, collection, capture and scientific classification of case related information and clues.

　 Second, multi module assembly, building a forensics cloud platform, and realizing the "all media" research and judgment of the electronic data inspection and identification laboratory. In June 2014, the Institute built an electronic data inspection and identification laboratory integrating eight modules, including electronic data forensics investigation box system, mobile phone forensics system, electronic media pre inspection workstation, and laboratory management system, in accordance with the national three-level laboratory standards, thus establishing a cloud platform for investigation and forensics. The platform is configured with 10 data processing terminals, which can realize mass storage and recover, forensics and authentication of data in mobile storage media such as mobile phones and hard disks.

　　 Third, multi environment integration, building a monitoring cloud platform, and realizing the "whole process" research and judgment of real-time digital monitoring system. The hospital has successively carried out the transformation of the case handling work area and the digital HD monitoring network of the detention center, the installation and commissioning of the physical and mental monitoring system, and the construction of the remote notification system. Through the terminal integration of various case handling environmental monitoring systems, it has completed the construction of the monitoring cloud platform. The monitoring platform can not only comprehensively monitor the physiological parameters of the interrogated object, such as ECG, respiration, blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, pulse, etc., and timely grasp the physical condition of the interrogated object, but also standardize the whole process of law enforcement and case handling, thus forming an intelligent information network, which not only provides evidence and clues for case breakthrough, It also provides security for judicial handling.

The effective application of the cloud platform and the efficient operation of the mechanism have enabled the self investigation and case handling work of the hospital to plug in "technological wings", realizing the transformation from "evidence to evidence" to "evidence to evidence" in the investigation concept, from manpower intensive to information technology intensive in the investigation mode, and from "single confrontation" in the investigation method The transformation to "diversified and open". In the past three years, the court has investigated and handled 61 major cases of various duty crimes and 83 cases in a series of cases, with the investigation rate, prosecution rate and guilty verdict rate reaching 100%. Therefore, the court was rated as the "National Advanced Grass roots Procuratorate" and the first batch of "Science and Technology Mandatory Inspection Demonstration Institutes" in China.
