In view of the problem that "there is everything except blind people on the blind road", how to effectively promote blind road governance has become the concern of prosecutors. Recently, in order to implement the work deployment requirements of the highest inspection "inspection and protection of people's livelihood" special action, the Tianjia'an District Procuratorate carried out a special supervision action for barrier free environment construction, handled a series of public interest litigation cases of blind road safety hazards, and adopted the supervision method of "public hearing+inspection suggestions+announcement delivery" to ensure the travel safety of visually impaired people.

After full investigation and evidence collection in the early stage, the Tianjia'an District Procuratorate started the filing procedure of administrative public interest litigation cases in accordance with the law, and effectively clarified the responsibilities of the blind road supervision department by visiting the District Disabled Persons' Federation and the administrative authorities for consultation. On April 11, 2024, the Tianjia'an District Procuratorate invited representatives of the Municipal People's Congress, people's supervisors, and volunteers who "work for the public" to hold a public hearing on the case of blind road safety hazards in the area under their jurisdiction, listened to the opinions of all parties in the society, urged the administrative organs to perform their duties of blind road supervision according to law, and announced on the spot the delivery of procuratorial suggestions before administrative public interest litigation.
"Blind road control is a long-term systematic project. We will take a serious and responsible attitude and immediately organize and carry out blind road rectification according to the contents of the procuratorial recommendations."
