"Thanks to the procuratorial organ and the civil affairs department for helping me solve the problem of 'difficult divorce' for many years..." Recently, Wang finally escaped from the abyss of pseudonymous marriage. So far, a farce that lasted for 18 years, when my sister pretended to use her name to register for marriage, finally ended.
In 2002, Wang met and established a love relationship with a Hunan woman who was also working in Shanghai. In 2005, the two returned to Anqing Wanhe Farm and registered their marriage with Wang with his sister's information. After marriage, the two separated for many years. In 2015, Wang wanted to reorganize his family and applied to the Civil Affairs Bureau for divorce, but the Civil Affairs Department could not accept it because he was unable to attend on behalf of a certain fund and did not meet the conditions of revocable marriage; Wang prepared to sue for divorce, but the court could not accept it because Daimoujin lost contact for a long time and his real identity was in doubt. In order to successfully establish a new family, in 2018, Wang applied to the local police station to change the household registration information, leaving the column of marital status blank. When reviewing personal marital status, the staff of the Civil Affairs Bureau mistook the blank for unmarried status, and handled a new marriage registration for Wang.
After the Daguan District Procuratorate found the clue of Wang's twice marriage registration in the special governance of handling marriage registration problems by impersonation or fraud, it believed that if Wang's marriage with Daimujin was legal and valid and during the existence period, Wang's remarriage with others was bigamy, which was invalid and should be revoked. The case handlers read the original files of marriage registration from the local civil affairs department, visited the local police station where the party's household registration is located, and communicated with the relevant staff. They found that the case may be a dispute over the marriage registration on behalf of a certain Jin who used other people's identity information, which does not belong to the situation of revocable marriage registration prescribed by law, Wang's divorce appeal cannot be realized through civil or administrative litigation.
In order to further investigate the facts of the case, the case handlers contacted Wang, who has settled in Anqing, and through interpretation and reasoning, they expressed their interests, dispelled their inner concerns, and told them to cooperate with the procuratorial organ to investigate the facts and state the facts truthfully, which can not only help them clarify the two marriage registration issues, but also eliminate potential risks and hidden dangers. Later, Wang told the whole process of getting along with Dai Moujin, and took the initiative to find her death certificate through Dai Moujin's relatives.
Since Dai Moujin had died, the case handlers went to Changde, Hunan Province, where his household registration was located. With the help of the local police station, they found Dai Mouqun, Dai Moujin's sister, and investigated the basic fact that in the Qing Dynasty, a certain Jin used her sister's identity information for marriage registration in order to conceal her true age. According to the relevant regulations issued by the "two high and two ministries", the procuratorial organ suggests the civil affairs department to cancel the marriage registration of Wang and Dai according to the facts found out. Recently, the civil affairs department decided to cancel the marriage registration with Wang in accordance with the law, and a farce of 18 years in which a sister registered her marriage in the name of her sister came to an end.
