"All the wages owed to me have been paid, and it's not for nothing." A few days ago, he finally got the "hard-earned money" from hard work, and Master He happily "reported good news" to the prosecutor.
Master He worked as a carpenter in a project, but after the project was completed, he failed to receive 11000 labor remuneration. After many unsuccessful requests, Master He plans to sue to the court. However, due to weak litigation capacity, Master He went to the Luyang District Procuratorate last September to apply for its support for prosecution. While answering the legal questions raised by Master He, the case handling prosecutor helped him sort out and collect relevant evidence and form a supporting indictment to be delivered to the court. In order to solve Master He's troubles as soon as possible, the institute informed the project contractor to verify the relevant situation, carry out interpretation and reasoning, and finally guide both parties to reach a settlement by themselves. At the same time, the court also formed a working linkage with the court. On the day when the settlement was reached, the court issued a civil mediation statement according to the settlement agreement, effectively avoiding the tiredness of Master He's lawsuit.
