We will integrate false litigation into the work of the Center, actively cooperate with all departments, and find and deal with false civil litigation cases involving routine loans. Through the joint efforts of the two procuratorial organs in Huangshan City, two false litigation cases with the subject amount of millions were successfully protested, and good supervision results were achieved. After identification, the key evidence IOU of the case was forged. The case was a malicious collusion type false lawsuit, which damaged the legitimate rights and interests of private entrepreneurs. The municipal procuratorate took over the follow-up supervision of Huangshan District Procuratorate, and finally the court adopted the protest opinion, rescinded the original judgment, rejected the plaintiff's claims, and tried the related cases again. The Huangshan District Procuratorate, based on the clues of the false litigation cases of evading the "purchase restriction order" of resettlement houses in a certain place assigned by the provincial people's court, dug up 16 cases of this kind, and let those who fought "false lawsuits" eat "real lawsuits". At present, two cases have put forward suggestions for retrial to the local courts.
