Recently, nine migrant workers who were in arrears with more than 300000 yuan of labor remuneration reached a mediation agreement with Wu, who promised to pay off all arrears before April 30 this year. 　
Back on February 10, nine migrant workers came to the procuratorate of Yixian County and reported that someone was in arrears with their labor remuneration and asked for legal help. It is understood that nine people will jointly provide labor services for Wu in 2021, but they are still owed more than 20000 to 50000 yuan of labor remuneration for each person, with a total of more than 300000 yuan in arrears. 　
After learning about the relevant situation, the prosecutor provided legal guidance for nine people to prepare the civil indictment through face-to-face question answering and hand to hand teaching, and successfully delivered it to the court. 　
After the case was filed by the court, the procuratorate of Yixian County timely supported the prosecution, continued to follow up and actively participated in the mediation work organized by the court. Finally, 9 people reached a mediation agreement with Wu, and the court made a mediation statement according to law. The prosecutor, together with the judge in charge, patiently explained the legal effect of the mediation statement to the migrant workers' friends, and elaborated on the relevant provisions of the application for compulsory execution.
