A few days ago, at the scene of "looking back" in Wuchang Village, Wangjiang County, a passing villager said happily when he saw the removal of potential safety hazards in dangerous road sections.

Since September this year, Chen Lin, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Procurator General of Wangjiang County Procuratorate, has led a team to carry out the "look back" work on the effect of the pre litigation rectification of public interest litigation cases on rural road safety, went to villages and towns to carry out research and discussion, went deep into the rectification site of rural road safety hazards to check the rectification work, and ensure that the pre litigation procuratorial recommendations of public interest litigation are implemented.  

In January this year, the Wangjiang County Procuratorate set up the first office of the road chief in Anqing, and established a cooperation mechanism of "road chief+procurator general" with the county road chief office. How to better play the role of procuratorial functions, rely on the government procuratorial linkage, and jointly promote the governance of rural road traffic safety hazards, so that the people feel "big safety" on "small village roads"? It has become the core work of the hospital and a "must answer question".  

In order to find out the actual situation of rural road safety, the hospital focused on the problems of imperfect safety infrastructure in dangerous sections of rural roads, disorderly stacking along rural roads, and destruction of rural road subgrade and pavement. The procuratorial police of the public interest litigation department comprehensively investigated the road safety problems in rural villages in Wangjiang County, and carefully listened to the local grid staff Opinions of nearby people.  

After mastering the relevant information, the hospital has held joint meetings, informal discussions and exchanges with the county transportation bureau and township governments for many times, combined with the county and township conditions, selected the key sections with large potential safety hazards and prominent problems, issued 15 pieces of pre litigation inspection suggestions, urged them to rectify first, eliminate potential safety hazards, and set up accounts for other sections with less potential safety hazards, Formulate the rectification plan and scheme for timely rectification.

Under the joint promotion of the Wangjiang County Procuratorate and the County Road Chief's Office, all towns and villages drew inferences from one example to another and investigated more than 600 hidden dangers of safety facilities in rural roads near water and cliffs, sharp turns and steep slopes. By the end of September this year, 593 rural road safety hazards had been rectified, 83.298 kilometers of rural road guardrails had been installed, and a total of 18.513 million yuan had been invested, which effectively strengthened the rural road traffic safety barriers throughout the county, and effectively improved the sense of gain, happiness, and security of the masses.
