Recently, the People's Procuratorate of Guangde City, Anhui Province formulated and issued the Twenty two Opinions of the People's Procuratorate of Guangde City on Building a First class Business Environment Based on Functions and Full Service Guarantee (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"), to effectively serve and guarantee the creation of a first class business environment and provide a strong legal guarantee for the healthy development of the whole citizen economy.

　　 Before the issuance of the Opinions, the People's Procuratorate of Guangde City carried out extensive research and visits, fully listened to the opinions of private entrepreneurs and practitioners, collected more than 30 opinions and suggestions, demonstrated and absorbed them, and organized professionals to conduct professional analysis of the common characteristics of the cases involving enterprises.

　　 The Opinions set out seven key tasks, including cracking down on enterprise related infringement and criminal crimes, and 22 opinions, including cracking down on criminal acts against private enterprises and operators in accordance with the law. With the initiative of procurators, the Opinions focused on providing high-quality and efficient legal business environment for Guangde to forge a modern high-quality development model city.

　　 The People's Procuratorate of Guangde City will focus on the implementation of the Opinions, improve the mechanism of listing and specifying responsibilities, implementing projects and promoting projects, and ensure the implementation of various plans for the construction of a legal business environment.
