In order to optimize the legal business environment for private enterprises, further implement the working mechanism of "government and procuratorate linkage", ensure that enterprises involved in community correction can exercise their right to operate in accordance with the law, and boost the development of private economy, recently, the People's Procuratorate of Huangshan District, Huangshan City, took the initiative to contact the community correction center in the district to check and understand the basic situation of community correction personnel involved in private enterprises, And held a symposium with the Community Correction Center on "Community Correction Boosts the Development of Private Economy".  

　　 At the meeting, the People's Procuratorate of Huangshan District introduced the origin of the working mechanism of "government procuratorate linkage" and the measures related to optimizing the environment for enterprises issued by the District Procuratorate. The Community Correction Center reported the supervision of enterprise related community correction objects in the whole region, and analyzed the current supervision characteristics and difficulties. The procuratorial organ and the community correction center have fully communicated and discussed on how to ensure that the enterprise related community correction objects exercise their management rights according to law.  

　　 After the meeting, the District Procuratorate and the District Judicial Bureau jointly formulated the Administrative Measures on Ensuring Community Correction Objects of Private Enterprises to Engage in Production and Business Activities Abroad, which proposed six measures to standardize the management of returning from leave, moderately relax the immigration and emigration system of community correction objects of private enterprises, and strengthen community correction supervision and legal supervision.
