Since the implementation of the Regulations on Ensuring the Payment of Migrant Workers' Wages, the People's Procuratorate of Taihu County has strictly followed the requirements to implement and promote results, focused on strengthening the coordination and cooperation between departments, actively consulted with the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and jointly issued the Opinions on Establishing a Joint Coordination Mechanism for Ensuring the Payment of Migrant Workers' Wages and Other Aspects on the basis of the provisions of the Regulations and the actual situation, With this as the traction, we will form a working force, establish a long-term mechanism to prevent and solve the problem of migrant workers' wage payment, maintain social harmony and stability, and explore the information sharing mechanism for prisoners to receive pensions in violation of regulations in the establishment of information exchange and sharing of migrant workers' wage work, so as to safeguard the national and social public interests.

Since this year, the People's Procuratorate of Taihu County has actively played its procuratorial role, intervened in one case of refusing to pay labor remuneration in advance, and helped 87 workers claim 128000 yuan of salary; Handling 14 cases of migrant workers' support litigation for salary arrears, helping to claim 378699 yuan of salary; We handled one pre litigation supervision case of administrative public interest litigation and successfully recovered 115353.92 yuan of pensions illegally received by prisoners.
