On August 13, the Procuratorate of Chuzhou City, Anhui Province held a case seminar and research backbone training meeting for the procuratorial organs in Lai'an County. Heads of relevant departments of Anhui Provincial Procuratorate, the editorial department of Anhui Procuratorate magazine, and relevant departments of Chuzhou Municipal Procuratorate attended the meeting. Experts, professors, judges, lawyers and relevant personnel from the Nanjing Liuhe District Procuratorate were specially invited to attend the meeting.

At the case seminar in the morning, judges, prosecutors, lawyers, experts and professors expressed their own views on the focus of a dispute over the supervision case of civil false litigation. They had both views and ideas. They expounded their different understanding of the case from the perspective of jurisprudence and practice, which benefited a lot and inspired them deeply, It is a wonderful dialogue between legal professionals. It is reported that this seminar is the first time that the procuratorial organs in the province have conducted a discussion on civil cases.

In the afternoon research backbone training meeting, Liu Shuguang, the director of the research office of the Provincial Procuratorate, and Zhang Zhiqiang, the editor in charge of the Anhui Procuratorate, gave special lectures entitled "Several Basic Issues in Conducting Procuratorial Theory Research and Standardization Construction of the Work of the Procuratorate Committee" and "Several Issues to Pay Attention to in Thesis Writing and Submission" respectively.
