On April 18, the Huaibei Procuratorate of Anhui Province held the awarding ceremony for the establishment of the "Huaibei Mutual Assistance Development Association Procuratorial Workstation".

During the ceremony, Huaibei Procuratorate and Huaibei Federation of Industry and Commerce jointly carried out the rule of law propaganda. The procuratorial organ explained the procuratorial functions of "four major procuratorates" and "ten major businesses" to the enterprises attending the conference, focusing on the work measures of Anhui Provincial Procuratorate to deploy and implement the "351" project to boost the healthy development of private economy this year. More than 50 volumes of the Collection of Materials on Serving the Development of Private Economy were also distributed at the event site.

The establishment of the procuratorial workstation will further open up the channels for private enterprises to reflect their demands, and open up the procuratorial organs to provide services to ensure the last mile of private economic development. Next, Huaibei Procuratorate will rely on the procuratorial workstation of private enterprise associations, continue to make efforts in judicial case handling, source governance, and mechanism construction, promote the normalization of procuratorial legal services, and contribute procuratorial power to create a better business environment.
