Recently, the People's Procuratorate of Qiaocheng District, Bozhou City, Anhui Province issued Ten Opinions on Supporting and Promoting the Healthy Development of Private Economy (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions") to further improve the normalization mechanism of serving the healthy development of private economy.

The Opinions proposed that we should crack down on crimes that undermine the development environment of private enterprises and further optimize the business environment; Improve the case handling mechanism and improve the effectiveness of supervision over cases involving private enterprises; Properly handle disputes involving private enterprises and fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of private enterprises and their personnel; We will strengthen the joint development of the procuratorate and enterprises, and take the initiative to provide more and better procuratorial services and protection for the sustainable and healthy development of the private economy.

Through carrying out the activity of "joint construction of procuratorial police and enterprises", the institute went deep into enterprise visits and research, and jointly issued the Notice on Procuratorial Police Entering the Grid to Provide Legal Services for Private Economy with the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, providing grid services for private enterprises throughout the district, and the procuratorial police one-on-one contact with private enterprises to provide procuratorial services for enterprise development.
