In August 2017, the Huoshan County Public Security Bureau put Guan Hao and others on file for investigation, and the Huoshan County Procuratorate immediately intervened to guide investigation and evidence collection. After the case was transferred for examination and prosecution, the county procuratorate continued to dig up upstream and downstream crimes, and prosecuted two suspects, Xian Qingyang and Cheng Yuanqing, according to law.
It is understood that from April to September 2017, the above-mentioned defendants used the Internet to trade personal information of citizens for 77 times, generally ranging from dozens to tens of thousands each time. Huoshan County Procuratorate accused Guan Hao of illegally obtaining and selling more than 41.69 million pieces of personal information of citizens; The defendant, Xian Qingyang, sold more than 41.45 million pieces of citizens' personal information, of which on June 25, 2017 alone, Xian Qingyang sold more than 41.38 million pieces of citizens' personal information including name, ID card number, mobile phone number and other personal information to Guan Hao through the Internet; The defendant Hu Chuanhui illegally obtained and sold more than 640000 pieces of citizens' personal information; The defendant Lv Xiao illegally sold more than 220000 pieces of citizens' personal information, and the defendant Cheng Yuanqing illegally obtained more than 50000 pieces of citizens' personal information.
