Recently, the Office of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and Civil Administration collected and sorted out the supervision cases of civil false litigation nationwide from 2012 to 2014, and compiled and distributed 20 typical cases with good results and referential significance. The case of "Wuhu Investment Co., Ltd. suing Yang for false litigation supervision of private lending" handled by Wuhu Municipal People's Court was selected, which is the only case selected by our province.
