Recently, Huaiyuan County Procuratorate, at the invitation of the county court, sent personnel to supervise a civil enforcement case together with the court's law enforcement and discipline enforcement supervisors. Before the implementation, the leaders of the local party committee, the people's congress and the village committees were informed of the situation, and received strong support and cooperation, and jointly did a good job in the ideological work of the people to be implemented. The execution process is legal, the order is maintained well, and there is no conflict. Ten trees of the execution target were cut down and cleared, the four boundaries of the homestead were determined and lime piles were set, and 1.41 mu of land was delivered to the applicant for execution. The on-site supervision has reduced the resistance of the person subjected to execution, maintained the judicial authority, and played the procuratorial supervision function of civil execution.

In 1991, during the second round of rural land contracting, Rongmou contracted a piece of 1.41 mu land called "homestead", and handled the farmland contract and rural land contract management certificate, which belongs to family contracting. The land is adjacent to the road outside the house of Mr. Huang in the east to the back of his son's house. A few years ago, Rong followed his son to work in other places. Huang used the plot and planted a row of poplar trees on the outside of the road near his house. In 2011, Rong went home to prepare to build a house, but Huang's family stopped and interfered, and did not recognize Rong's right to use the land. After the mediation of the village cadres failed, Rong appealed to the court for a verdict on the return of 1.41 mu of land occupied. On November 10, 2011, the court upheld Rong's claim.

After the judgment came into effect, Huang was indifferent and Rong applied for compulsory execution. Since Mr. Huang and his wife were over seventy, weak and ill, they interfered with the implementation work, resulting in the implementation staff returning without success. During this period, Huang's family appealed to the Huaiyuan County Procuratorate, and the procurators of the People's Bank of China reviewed the relevant materials, preached the principles of law, reason, and reason, and persuaded the elderly to do a good job of visiting and serving sentences.
