The civil administrative procuratorial department of the court visited and investigated the relevant units directly under the county level, searched and sorted out the current situation of the loss of state-owned and collective assets, and issued targeted supervision and prosecution opinions and supporting prosecution opinions to the regulatory department, requiring the regulatory department to pay off within the specified time limit for payment, which must be recovered through litigation procedures. When visiting and investigating the Land and Resources Bureau of Jingxian County, the Institute found that several developers had a huge amount of land transfer fees in arrears, and put forward specific suggestions to the Land and Resources Bureau of Jingxian County, requiring the land department to recover the land transfer fees in arrears according to law. The bureau attached great importance and took measures to pay off the land transfer fees. From January to July this year, more than 120 million yuan of land transfer fees were collected. The civil bank procuratorial department of the court also visited the loan recovery situation of Jingxian Rural Commercial Bank, and urged to prosecute those with long loan arrears and large amount of arrears. Eight lawsuits were supported, with a total amount of 320000 yuan. Some cases were settled through mediation, and some were returned through court judgment.
