Recently, the Civil and Administrative Procuratorate Office of the Supreme People's Procuratorate announced the first "Civil and Administrative Prosecutorial Quality Cases" and the list of the undertakers of the national procuratorial organs, the "Anhui Mingguang Civil Affairs Bureau and Wang Xiaodong Road Traffic Accident Personal Injury Compensation Dispute Supervision and Prosecution Case" sent by our province, and the "Chen Baoying and other administrative disputes with Tongcheng Labor and Social Security Bureau of Anhui Province administrative dispute protest case" Four cases, including "Ye Zhenping et al. and the leading group of Huangshan Jinqiao Ecological Science and Technology Industrial Park project construction and other public places construction damage compensation dispute protest case", "Zuo Xiaohua et al. and Wang Laxiang's right to life dispute protest case", were rated as outstanding civil and administrative procuratorial cases nationwide. Since the Civil and Administrative Procuratorate Office of the Supreme People's Procuratorate issued the Notice on the First Selection of "Excellent Civil and Administrative Procuratorial Cases" in July 2012, our province has actively organized preliminary evaluation according to the requirements of the notice, and a total of 6 cases have been selected and submitted, including 5 cases of protest and 1 case of supervision and prosecution.

According to the unified arrangement of the Civil and Administrative Procuratorate Office of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the undertakers of all award-winning cases will be included in the "Civil and Administrative Procuratorate Backbone Talent Pool" for dynamic management. In the future, the selection of "Civil and Administrative Procuratorate Excellent Cases" will be held every two years.
