The system stipulates the specific contact content from seven aspects, and requires that the contact work should go deep into the grassroots institute to carry out investigation and research, find problems in time, summarize experience, listen to opinions and suggestions, assist the grassroots institute to strengthen the contact with relevant departments, and actively solve the problems for the grassroots institute. At the same time, the system requires the contact person of the Civil Affairs and Banking Office of the Provincial People's Court to contact the guidance unit at least twice a year.
