　　 Strict attention was paid to the facts and evidence of the case, and continuous efforts were made in all aspects of finding clues, pre litigation procedures, and filing lawsuits, and a number of influential public interest litigation cases were handled. It has successively handled five criminal incidental civil public interest litigation cases of illegal fishing of aquatic products, and recovered more than 130000 yuan from the defendant for the loss of aquatic biological resources and ecological restoration costs according to law. While strengthening judicial case handling, we actively explored ecological restorative judicial measures, cooperated with the county court, the county public security bureau, the county agriculture and water bureau and other units to carry out two public interest litigation proliferation and releasing activities in the county basin, releasing more than 200000 species of grass carp, silver carp and other fry, helping to repair the damaged ecological environment and achieve the goal of sustainable development of fisheries.

　　 According to the deployment of the county leading group for the prohibition of fishing in key waters, actively participate in "Xiuning County's special rectification action against illegal fishing in key waters and hundred day visit activities", "clear the river and clear the lake" and other special actions, and further understand the number of fishing boats and relevant information of fishing personnel through visits to fishing personnel and relevant key fishing related places; We will, in accordance with the law, rectify illegal encroachment on water shorelines, disorderly stacking of solid waste, illegal construction and construction, illegal exploitation of sand and gravel for water, indiscriminate discharge and dumping of sewage, illegal fishing and other acts, and strive to achieve the goal of a smooth river, clean water, green banks, beautiful scenery, and harmonious people. Actively strengthen cooperation with administrative organs, strictly implement the relevant provisions of the Implementation Opinions on Strengthening Cooperation and Promoting Governance by Law in Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation, and form a joint force between procuratorial public interest and administrative law enforcement. The ecological protection office of "Forest Chief+River Chief+Procurator General" will be set up in Qiyun Mountain National Ecological Protection Park to realize the effective mode of joint management of forest and river inspection.

After the Yangtze River Protection Law of the People's Republic of China officially came into force on March 1, 2021, the procuratorial police went deep into the fields, farmers' markets, remote villages and other places where people gathered to publicize the importance of fishing prohibition, policies and regulations, advocate not to catch, sell, buy, or eat illegally caught fish, call on the masses to support, cooperate, and participate in the fishing ban, and let the "fishing ban order" Landing takes effect. In the publicity activities, the police distributed more than 3000 publicity materials and answered more than 100 people's inquiries.
