The "Bu Wen Pavilion" was established by the CPC Wuhu Municipal Committee and the Wuhu Municipal People's Government in May 1991 to commemorate Wang Buwen, the revolutionary martyr and the first secretary of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee, to express Jiangcheng people's respect and nostalgia for Wang Buwen.

After the Jinghu District Procuratorate determined the corresponding responsibilities and authorities of relevant departments through multiple investigations, it issued pre litigation procuratorial suggestions to the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Wuhu City, the Municipal Bureau of Retired Soldiers Affairs, and the Jinghu District Urban Management Bureau according to law on January 15, 2020, urging relevant departments to perform their responsibilities of environmental health management, maintenance and repair according to law, so as to create a solemn, solemn and beautiful environment for the martyr memorial facilities, Provide a good place for the society to pay homage and education.

In view of the sewage pipe network reconstruction project in Jinghu District near the "Buwenting" martyr memorial facility, how to maintain and protect the revolutionary martyr memorial facility.
