However, the procuratorial organ of Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, found in the process of performing the function of public interest litigation according to law that there was an act of selling and using RMB style ghost coins in various stores of sacrificial articles, which damaged the seriousness of RMB as the legal currency of the country, and led to the violation of the national and social public interests.  

　　 For this reason, the Xuancheng People's Procuratorate made a decision to centrally handle administrative public interest litigation cases in this field. The procuratorial organs in various regions were moved by the order, and the bank, industry and commerce, civil affairs and other departments went deep into the market to carry out investigation.  

　　 It was found that the nether coins sold by some merchants were very similar to the third and fourth sets of RMB currently in circulation, and were printed with the Great Hall of the People, Potala Palace, the National Emblem and other RMB patterns. This behavior has violated the Regulations on the Administration of RMB and the Measures for the Administration of the Use of RMB Patterns, and has greatly damaged the authority of RMB.  

　　 In response to the above behaviors, the procurators of Guangde, Xuanzhou, Ningguo and Langxi have so far given full play to their public interest litigation functions, issued procuratorial suggestions to the market supervision department and the RMB management department in a timely manner, urged relevant units to perform their duties according to law, investigated and dealt with illegal acts in a timely manner, and created a social atmosphere of cultural sacrifice.

　　 In response to the above violations, the People's Procuratorate of Xuanzhou District actively played the role of public interest litigation, timely performed the pre litigation procedures, issued procuratorial recommendations to the market supervision department and the RMB management department of Xuanzhou District, urged the two units to perform their duties according to law, promptly investigated and dealt with illegal acts, cleared and rectified the sacrificial products market within the jurisdiction, prohibited the sale of "high imitation of nether world currency", and advocated civilization, ecology A legal and safe way of sacrifice!

　　 On April 1, the People's Procuratorate of Guangde City, together with the People's Bank of China Guangde Sub branch, Guangde Municipal Supervision Bureau, Civil Affairs Bureau and other units, carried out joint law enforcement action to check and rectify from the source, and timely clean up and destroy the ghost coins made of RMB patterns. On that day, more than 20 stores selling sacrificial products and 2 sacrificial products processing plants were checked and sold, achieving preliminary results.

　　 Ningguo Municipal Procuratorate organized a case handling team to conduct a pre litigation investigation of public welfare litigation in the sacrificial products market in the area before the Tomb sweeping Day. Through field investigation, it is found that there are a large number of ghost coins printed with RMB patterns on the shelves of some merchants in the urban area, with counterfeit denominations ranging from 5 yuan, 10 yuan, 50 yuan and 100 yuan. After analysis, research and judgment, on April 3, 2020, Ningguo Municipal Procuratorate issued procuratorial suggestions to relevant functional departments according to law, urging them to perform their regulatory responsibilities according to law.
