This is the second level cultural relic - the gate of the Central Workers' and Peasants' Procuratorate People's Committee, which is collected in the Memorial Hall of the Legal Construction of the Chinese Soviet Republic.

From November 7 to 20, 1931, the first National Congress of the Chinese Soviet was held in Ruijin, Jiangxi Province, and the Provisional Central Government of the Chinese Soviet Republic was established. The meeting elected He Shuheng as the worker peasant procuratorial people's committee member. After the meeting, all organs of the central government worked in Xie's Ancestral Hall in Yeping Village. Each department is only allocated with a small room of more than ten square meters. Each room is equipped with a hand-held telephone, a table and several stools.

In April 1933, the Central Workers' and Peasants' Procuratorate People's Committee moved to Ruijin Shazhouba and settled in the Yang Family Hall of the Old Tea Pavilion, where it had an independent office. The Yang Family Hall, located about 100 meters south of the auditorium of the central government, is an old Hakka Family Hall, which was built in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty. The Imperial Ancestral Hall faces south, five rooms wide and three rooms deep, with two patios in the middle, dividing the Imperial Ancestral Hall from north to south into upper, middle and lower parts. In 2001, before the relocation of the former site of the Central Workers' and Peasants' Procuratorial People's Committee, the wooden door was collected and protected for salvage. In 2007, the People's Procuratorate Museum (Jinggangshan) was built and collected in the museum. In November 2023, the wooden door will be moved to the newly built Memorial Hall of Legal Construction of the Soviet Republic of China (Ruijin) for collection and exhibition.

As the main door of the Yang Family Hall, this wooden door witnessed the beginning of the people's procuratorial system and carried a heavy memory of history.
