National Security Education Day for All is a festival established to enhance the national security awareness of all people and safeguard national security. On April 15, 2014, when presiding over the first meeting of the Central National Security Committee, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the overall national security concept for the first time, and elaborated the basic connotation, guiding ideology and implementation principles of the overall national security concept.
