On the morning of January 28, the fourth session of the 13th People's Congress of Anhui Province opened in Hefei. More than 700 deputies to the Provincial People's Congress shoulder the great trust of the people of the province to attend the congress and perform the sacred duties entrusted by the Constitution and laws.  

　　 Li Jinbin, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress and Executive Chairman of the Congress, presided over the Congress.  

　　 At about 8:30 a.m., Li Jinbin announced the opening of the fourth session of the 13th People's Congress of Anhui Province.  

Li Guoying, Governor of the Provincial People's Government, delivered the Government Work Report.

　　 The conference will review the 14th Five Year Plan for the National Economic and Social Development of Anhui Province and the draft of the Vision Target Outline for 2035, the report on the implementation of the 2020 National Economic and Social Development Plan of Anhui Province and the draft plan for 2021, the report on the implementation of the 2020 budget of Anhui Province and the draft budget for 2021, respectively.  

　　 Members of the Provincial People's Government, delegates to the 13th National People's Congress in Anhui, members attending the 4th Session of the 12th CPPCC Provincial Committee and responsible comrades from relevant parties attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.
