Our hospital innovatively formulated the quarterly individual performance reward and punishment method, annual comprehensive performance management method, post prosecutor contribution ranking and other systems to stimulate team vitality through systematic performance management. Among them, the quarterly single performance reward and punishment method is to set various key and difficult work as assessment indicators, and pay performance rewards quarterly. The annual comprehensive performance management method is to evaluate 3 excellent departments from 9 departments and award mobile red flags every year, taking departments as the unit and integrating the work of party building, business, management, etc. Since 2021, our hospital has won many honors such as the "Civilized Reception Room" of the national procuratorial organ, the 12th Anhui Provincial Civilized Unit, and the 2022 Chuzhou Grass roots Procuratorial Work Advanced Unit. Collectively and individually, we have received 45 commendations above the municipal level.

Our hospital implements such systems as hearing review, document review, on-site review of key cases, and case card sampling, and forms a long-term mechanism through strict implementation to promote the effective improvement of case quality. Among them, the hearing evaluation is conducted by more than three prosecutors to observe and evaluate the public prosecutors who appear in court on the spot, scoring from the multi-dimensional aspects of demeanor, language expression, pre court preparation, adducing evidence and cross examination, and court debate, and rating them as unqualified, qualified, good, and excellent. The document evaluation is to organize specialized personnel to regularly evaluate the final and open documents in procuratorial cases. The evaluation focuses on the standardization of the document format, the rationality of the content, and the preciseness of language expression. In the assessment of the grass-roots procuratorial work in Chuzhou, our hospital has been in the forefront of the city for four consecutive years.

Our hospital implements the whole chain closed-loop management, presses the responsibility, and effectively completes various deployment matters; Implement the system of conference secretary, set up a part-time secretary for the Party Leadership Group Meeting, the Procurator General's Office Meeting, the Procuratorate Committee, etc., to be responsible for the collection, review and submission of topics, the intensive arrangement and standardization of the agenda, the coordination and supervision of the implementation of resolutions, and the sorting and archiving of conference materials; Implement the system of "supervision desk", set up a large screen of "supervision desk" in the corridor, and the office will publicize all kinds of meeting resolutions submitted by the conference secretary on it.
