According to the deployment requirements of the "Double Hundred Plan" of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, on May 15, 2023, I took the initiative to sign up. After layers of screening and organizational approval, I became a glorious Tibetan aid cadre.
When the plane arrived at Lhasa Gongga Airport, we were warmly received by the leaders of Shannan Municipal People's Procuratorate. Looking at the white Hada in his hands, the blue sky and white clouds above his head, and the mountains around him, the Tibetan Plateau he yearns for is so real and exciting. After more than an hour's drive, when the car came to Shannan People's Procuratorate, it was a bit cold during the trip altitude stress The reason is that I had a fever that night. Fortunately, the fever subsided the next day. But with severe headache and diarrhea, the heart rate is maintained at more than 100 times/minute, and the blood oxygen saturation is as low as 75%~83%. After a week of adjustment, I finally adapted to the plateau life and began to devote myself to the daily case investigation work.
I was assigned to the Third Procuratorial Department of Shannan Municipal People's Procuratorate. In April, the People's Procuratorate of the Tibet Autonomous Region assigned the task of this year's cross patrol inspection of detention centers and community corrections throughout the region. I went to three departments to catch up with this work.
My colleagues from Shannan People's Procuratorate and I have visited Shannan Detention Center for many times to carry out resident procuratorial work. In order to meet the cross patrol inspection work of the detention center in the autonomous region, in view of some weaknesses in the work of the procuratorial office in the detention center of Shannan Municipal People's Procuratorate, the procuratorial organs in Tibet and Anhui have been connected online for many times, and the relevant practical and efficient measures and systems of Wuhu Municipal People's Procuratorate in the case handling practice of the procuratorial office in the detention center have been integrated into Shannan's procuratorial work according to local conditions.
In terms of community correction and procuratorial work, he has traveled many times to Naidong, Gongga, Zhabao, Longzi, Cuona and other county and district courts to inspect community correction work. For the difficult case problems raised by the county and district courts, guide, answer one by one, and give lectures on the supervision and suggestions of fact finding, legal interpretation, document making, procuratorial supervision, case filing and other aspects. The difficult problems raised by some remote counties and districts are guided by telephone or online.
On June 25, I was appointed as the deputy leader of the Third Working Group of the Autonomous Region Detention Center and Community Correction Cross Patrol Working Group to participate in the Changdu Detention Center and Community Correction Patrol Inspection in Changdu. By July 30, the community correction patrol inspection work will be carried out in the counties under the jurisdiction of Changdu City. I will lead a team to take charge of the community correction patrol inspection work in Jiangda, Gongjue, Chaya, Mangkang, Zuogong, Basu and other counties. After working overtime, we will complete the patrol inspection work and return to Shannan City by August 10.
For the formal legal documents to be produced and issued later, I took my colleagues from the working group on a business trip to the People's Procuratorate of the Autonomous Region to report. After many revisions, the formal legal documents were prepared and issued to the Changdu People's Procuratorate. A total of 26 violation cases, 11 procuratorial suggestions, and 11 oral violation cases were formulated and issued.
On October 8, I was assigned to participate in the internal audit working group for political supervision in Shannan City to supervise the work of the two procuratorates in Naidong District and Qiongjie County of Shannan City. Under the overall arrangement of the leaders, after three weeks of intensive inspection work, the supervision work was also successfully completed. Now that I have successfully completed the Tibet aid work, I report to the organization that I have conscientiously, responsibly and dutifully completed the tasks assigned to me.
Through the aid work in Tibet in the past six months, I have seen the beauty of the third pole of the earth of the motherland, and also saw many local cadres and mainland cadres working in Tibet, and their heroic deeds. Compared with them, my work is nothing! Having seen the blood, youth, dedication and dedication of several generations for the development of various undertakings in Tibet, I will also exchange the propaganda I have seen and felt in Tibet, remember the "once for Tibet, a lifetime for Tibet", and contribute my own strength to the common development of procuratorial undertakings in both places!
