The prosecution accuracy rate has reached 100%, and there are no wrong cases.

In 2018, the People's Procuratorate of Yingjiang District accepted the first criminal group case of evil forces in Yingjiang District - the case of 14 people illegally detained, including Zhang. Si Ting volunteered and rushed to the front line of anti crime work. As this case is a typical pyramid scheme type illegal detention case, it has the characteristics of a large number of people, frequent internal flow, clear hierarchy of pyramid schemes, and confusion of identity. At the same time, the ringleaders of the criminal group have been making innocent excuses and the evidence of the case is single, leading to the difficulty of evidence review. In order to quickly handle the case and accurately determine the nature of the case, Sting read several case files, went to the public security organ many times to carry out early intervention work, and guided the public security organ to conduct supplementary investigation of case evidence.

She and her team members worked overtime to repeatedly check, sort out and analyze the case evidence, read and present the case during the day, and work overtime at night and weekend to write reports, laying a solid foundation for a good trial effect and the successful completion of the case. In the trial, in the face of the defendant's refusal to admit the facts of the crime and evading the importance of the matter, Sting and the team members used a large number of facts and evidence to reasonably and forcefully reject the defense of the defendant and his lawyer, and finally the defendant pleaded guilty. The final judgment of the case was made on December 8, 2018. According to the law, 14 defendants were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment ranging from 12 years to 9 months.

In July 2022, when handling the bribery case of Luo, Sting strictly implemented the working mechanism of "double investigation in one case", synchronously reviewed the way of capital flow, explored the clues of bribery case of Ding, and timely urged the public security organ to file a case for investigation. At the same time, we guided the public security organs to investigate and collect evidence according to the constituent elements of the money laundering crime, verify and analyze the way of cash payment of the criminal suspect, and prosecute Ding according to law. We successfully handled the first criminal case in Anqing City that was judged as a crime of money laundering, and Yingjiang District Procuratorate was awarded the title of Advanced Collective of Anhui Province in Combating Money Laundering Offences. The legal supervision of this case has hit the upstream and downstream crimes of corruption and bribery in a two-way way, effectively deterring similar crimes.

As a public prosecutor, when accusing crimes on behalf of the country, Sting firmly abides by the calm and judicial rationality of the legal person, and at the same time, injects humanistic feelings into each case, so that the parties can fully feel the judicial warmth and goodwill in each case handling detail.

Zhang was transferred by the public security organ for investigation and prosecution in 2019 for suspected theft. When talking to Zhang, Ting learned that Zhang was divorced from his wife and took care of his autistic son alone. When Si Ting tried Zhang, she persuaded Zhang to actively return the stolen money. After several rounds of patient persuasion, Zhang voluntarily pleaded guilty and pleaded guilty, which met the applicable conditions for probation. She put forward a sentencing opinion on the application of probation, which was adopted by the court.

Every time when facing minors involved in crime, she always tries her best to actively carry out graded intervention, precise help and education, and use her true feelings to influence juvenile delinquents. In June 2022, she learned that the 13 minors involved in the case were sophomores and juniors who were about to face the college entrance examination when she participated in the handling of the case of Xiao et al.'s affray and theft. She suggested that the case should apply the public hearing procedure and make a decision on the classification of prosecution, relative non prosecution and conditional non prosecution. She took the lead in carrying out rule of law education, contacted the "five elders" of the Customs Working Committee, the children's director of the Women's Federation, and the Education and Sports Bureau to actively guarantee the right of minors involved in the case to study during the period of bail pending trial. With the joint efforts of many parties, all the persons involved in the case were successfully admitted to the university (14 minors). This case was selected as a typical case of Anhui procuratorial performance and juvenile judicial protection.

With her loyalty and love for the procuratorial cause, Sting is fulfilling the responsibility and mission of a people's procurator step by step, growing from a novice to an independent professional expert. On behalf of Yingjiang District Procuratorate, he has participated in various professional skill competitions and post training activities for many times, showing solid legal knowledge and confident and calm demeanor.

This year, in the ninth year of prosecution, on behalf of the Anhui procuratorial team, Sting stepped into the national outstanding prosecutor business competition. With excellent business skills, rich practical experience and excellent on-the-spot performance, she steadily fought and passed the five competition links, and won the title of "outstanding prosecutor" of the national procuratorial organ.

In addition to handling cases, Sting is also enthusiastic about social welfare undertakings. She is a member of the volunteer service team of "prosecutor mother". The volunteer service team of "prosecutors' mothers" is participated by female prosecutors from all departments of Yingjiang District Procuratorate. Since its establishment in 2013, more than 20 female prosecutors have joined in, helping children in need one-on-one. Over the past decade, they have helped disabled children with rehabilitation training and led children to carry out activities such as reading on Children's Day. They have donated more than 200 children in need and donated more than 100000 yuan.

Sting was also employed as the vice principal of Huazhong Road No. 2 Primary School on the rule of law, and carried out 20 law lectures in schools and communities to protect the healthy growth of minors. In addition, she is often active in the front line of civilization creation and grid visit, assisting the community to solve conflicts and disputes in a timely manner, carrying out the resident service work of the prosecutor's studio in a regular manner, and demonstrating the enthusiasm and temperature of the prosecutor in walking through the streets with colleagues and pulling out family affairs with the masses.
