This year marks the 40th anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the current Constitution. In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, vigorously promote the Constitution, enhance constitutional awareness, and safeguard the authority of the Constitution, on the morning of December 8, the People's Procuratorate of Anhui Province launched a constitutional oath activity in the provincial legal publicity and education base. Pan Fa, Deputy Director of the Supervision and Judicial Working Committee of the Standing Committee of Anhui Provincial People's Congress, Song Fali, Deputy Director of the General Office of the Standing Committee of Anhui Provincial People's Congress, attended the event and supervised the oath.

Holding the constitutional oath is a part of the series of activities in Anhui Province to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the implementation and promulgation of the current Constitution, and is also an important work of the Provincial Procuratorate's "Constitution Publicity Week". The swearing in was uniformly arranged by the Supervision Committee of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress. The swearing in place was selected in the provincial legal publicity and education base, and the constitutional swearing in place was further expanded.

The oath scene is solemn and sacred. The 21 new members of the procuratorate committee, prosecutors and department heads of the Anhui Provincial Procuratorate were dressed in standard clothes, neatly arranged and energetic. At about 10 a.m., the swearing in activity began. All the staff stood facing the national flag and sang the national anthem. The oath taker stroked the text of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China with his left hand. The oath taker raised his right fist and solemnly swore: "Be loyal to the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, safeguard the authority of the Constitution, perform legal duties, be loyal to the motherland, be loyal to the people..."

"Today's solemn oath filled with a sense of ceremony has strengthened my determination to uphold fairness and justice and practice justice for the people." Liu Fengyue, Deputy Director of the Seventh Procuratorial Department of the Provincial Procuratorate Emotionally, the Constitution has endowed the procuratorial organ with the sacred responsibility of legal supervision, and the public interest litigation procuratorial system is a major institutional design to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity with the rule of law thinking and rule of law. As a procuratorial public interest litigation staff, he will perform his duties with a higher sense of honor, greater sense of responsibility and more initiative, earnestly implement the sacred duty mission of "representing the public interest", and promote the implementation of the spirit of the Constitution.

After the swearing in activity, all the staff visited the theme exhibition of "learning, publicizing and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and promoting the comprehensive implementation of the Constitution" at the provincial law publicity and education base. Everyone said that they would deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two establishment", more consciously achieve the "two maintenance", keep in mind the sacred responsibilities entrusted by the Constitution, be loyal to the Constitution and perform their duties according to law, and provide a strong judicial guarantee for the construction of a modern and beautiful Anhui.

Wang Jing'an, member of the Provincial Procuratorate's Procuratorate Committee, director of the Legal Policy Research Office, and the second level senior prosecutor, served as the oath taker. Wu Yihuo, director of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Procuratorate and the second level inspector, presided over the oath taking activity.
