   Huang Kegong's Murder Case  

Huang Kegong, a native of Nankang, Jiangxi Province, was born in 1911. He joined the revolution in 1929 and committed a crime. He was the leader of the sixth team of the Anti Japanese Military and Political University. On October 5, 1937, Liu Qian, a public school girl in northern Shaanxi, was shot dead because her proposal failed. On October 11, 1937, Lei Jingtian served as the presiding judge of the High Court of the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia Border Region, and the case was heard in public at the Northern Shaanxi Public School. Hu Yaobang, Wang Zhuochao, and Xu Shikui appeared in court as public prosecutors to perform their tasks and state their opinions. The court announced in court that Huang Kegong was sentenced to death.

Although the case of Huang Kegong shooting Liu Qian was an ordinary criminal case, the seriousness, democracy and equality of the legal system embodied in the handling of the case by the High Court of the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia Border Region at that time had a profound impact on the legal system construction and judicial practice after the founding of New China.    Xiao Yubi's case of corruption and dereliction of duty  

Xiao Yubi is from Qingrun, Shaanxi. He joined the revolution in 1933. During the period from July 1938 to February 1939, when he was the director of the Zhangjiapan Taxation Bureau of Jingbian County, he embezzled 3300 yuan of public funds. In April 1939, he absconded to Suide to recruit new soldiers for the Mongolian cavalry independent brigade, attempted to get promoted and become rich, and betrayed the revolution. He returned home in February 1941, was found and captured by the government, and was sent to the border security office. In June of the same year, it was transferred to the procuratorial office of the Border Region High Court, and on July 18, Liu Linfu, the procurator, appeared in court for public prosecution. The High Court sentenced Xiao Yubi to death in accordance with the Provisional Regulations on the Punishment of Corruption of the Border Region.    Li Qingyuan's spy case  

Li Qingyuan, 24, Taiwanese. From Taiwan to Manchuria in March 1937. In July 1938, the "Sanxing Company", which was set up by the Japanese secret service agency, was instructed by the Japanese secret service agency to go to Taiyuan with the traitor Wang Zhong to spy on the Chinese military situation and spread rumors in the name of selling tobacco leaves on July 5. The local people reported to the guerrillas of the Eighth Route Army, and then arrested the criminal and sent him to the High Court of the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia Border Region. The procuratorial organ investigated the evidence and filed a public prosecution. On January 11, 1939, the High Court sentenced Li Qingyuan to death.
