At the ceremony, the person in charge of the Fifth Procuratorate Department of Huaibei Procuratorate introduced the public interest litigation work of Huaibei Procuratorate and the selection and employment of volunteers. Huaibei Procuratorate recruited 187 young volunteers, mainly college students from Huaibei Normal University and Huaibei Institute of Technology.

The two units countersigned the Measures for the Performance of Duties of Young Volunteers in Public Interest Litigation, and issued appointment letters to 14 young volunteer representatives. The young volunteer representatives attending the meeting said that they should give full play to their professional knowledge, provide intellectual support for case handling, and do their part in the public interest litigation procuratorial work with first-class mental state.

Chen Wenjing said that the youth volunteer team is a team full of youth strength. He hoped that young volunteers could take this activity as an opportunity to cooperate with the Municipal Procuratorate to deeply participate in all aspects of case handling, jointly strengthen public welfare protection, and constantly improve the quality and efficiency of case handling. At the same time, we will encourage more people around us to understand the public interest litigation, and join this team to help Huaibei procuratorial public interest litigation cause, and reflect the youth value in undertaking the mission.

Li Dawei stressed that he hoped that young volunteers would give full play to their professional knowledge and expertise, improve their political position, and be good "informants"; Give play to professional advantages and be a good "technician"; Spread public welfare knowledge and be a good "propagandist"; Safeguard the legal authority, be a good "supervisor", use the wisdom and strength of young people to improve the quality of procuratorial public interest litigation, and make positive contributions to accelerating the construction of the "five necessities" of Huaibei.
