Innovate the connection mechanism and unblock the supervision channel
Huangshan City has established a mechanism for leading group members of the two-level procuratorates to directly contact NPC deputies and CPPCC members. Through door-to-door visits, invited forums, activities, telephone contacts and other means, the leading group members of the procuratorates always maintain regular contact with the deputies. In the past year, the Municipal Procuratorate invited 229 representatives to participate in inspection and procuratorial work, procuratorial open day and other activities.

Create WeChat contact group and transmit inspection information
The Huangshan Procuratorate has pushed the performance information of the procuratorial organ in the representative committee's WeChat contact group every day to achieve real-time interaction, so that the representative committee members can easily and quickly understand the procuratorial functions and the latest developments in procuratorial work. This practice has been fully recognized by the representative committee members. Since 2023, the representative members' contact group has pushed more than 1000 online key articles to the representative members.
Create and expand contact information to expand the depth of participation
In 2023, the Huangshan Procuratorate will invite six representatives of Huangshan Province to inspect the procuratorial work in Bengbu, and do a good job of nine representatives of Bengbu Province to inspect the work in Huangshan, to comprehensively demonstrate to the representatives the Huangshan Procuratorate's role in escorting the development of private enterprises, protecting traditional ancient villages and intangible cultural heritage, public interest litigation, minors, digital Exploration and achievements of procuratorial organs in the pilot project of modernization of municipal social governance.
Since 2023, representatives have been invited to participate in more than 230 public hearings and seminars on cases, which not only guarantees the right of representatives to know, participate and supervise, but also widely absorbs the wisdom of the masses, promoting the unity of legal and social effects of handling cases. At the same time, we kept close contact with the representative committee members by visiting enterprises and inviting them to participate in activities. Since 2023, more than 30 opinions and suggestions have been collected from the representative committee members, which involve helping to create a first-class business environment, food and drug safety, personal information security, protection of the rights and interests of special groups, strengthening inspection and publicity, and feedback the collected opinions and suggestions to relevant business departments in a timely manner.
