Jingle, jingle, the phone of the case management office of the Dongzhi County Procuratorate in Chizhou, Anhui Province rang again.

"Hello, I'm a lawyer from Jinghu District, Wuhu City. I can't go to Wuhu now because of the epidemic situation. Can you mail me the CD?"

"Hello, you don't need to mail it. You can apply for Internet marking on 12309 China Procuratorate Online."

On April 25, Dongzhi County Procuratorate 12309 Procuratorial Service Center received an application from a lawyer in Jinghu District, Wuhu City. Due to the closed-loop management of epidemic prevention and control, Lawyer Xing was unable to go to Dongzhi County to check the papers on the spot. The case involved minors and could not be checked online.

After receiving the lawyer's request, the case management staff of Dongzhi County Procuratorate actively considered that the mailing of the file information CD did not meet the requirements of case confidentiality, and the case did not meet the requirements of online marking, so it was impossible to conduct online marking. The case management personnel carefully considered and analyzed that although the case could not be marked online directly, the materials applying for marking could be reviewed online.

The case management personnel of the county procuratorate asked the Case Management Center of the Municipal Procuratorate to register the materials for lawyer Xing who was in Wuhu, and contacted the Case Management Center of the Procuratorate of Jinghu District, Wuhu City, to transmit the file materials to the Procuratorate of Jinghu District, Wuhu through the unified application case handling system of the procuratorate 2.0, and finally the case management personnel of the Procuratorate of Jinghu District burned the file into a CD and handed it to lawyer Xing.

Dongzhi County People's Procuratorate and Jinghu District People's Procuratorate conducted a remote examination, which broke through the blockade of the epidemic and allowed lawyers in Wuhu City to examine their papers at their own doorsteps. The procuratorial organ can perform its duties actively, strengthen cooperation, give full play to the convenience of information digitization, and achieve "let more information run, let the masses not run away."
