On September 3, at Wuhu Wanpeng District Procuratorate, lawyer Tao from Jiangsu received the electronic file CD of the case he was representing. He was very excited and thanked the procurators repeatedly.  

　　 "Hello, I am lawyer Tao from a law firm in Jiangsu Province, and I am the defender of the defendant Zhang in the case of Kong and other four people organizing prostitution and illegally using the information network. The case has been transferred to the Shanghai Xuhui District Procuratorate for review and prosecution. Affected by the epidemic situation, I want to apply to go to the nearby Zhawan District Procuratorate to read papers in another place. I wonder if it is OK?" On the morning of September 3, Lawyer Tao came to the Wanpeng District Procuratorate and applied for cross examination of a case of organizing prostitution and illegal use of information network.  

　　

　　 In order to further implement the procuratorial cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta region, solve the inconvenience of cross provincial marking, and fully protect the lawyer's right to practice, the court immediately asked the superior court for instructions. After obtaining the approval, the court timely communicated with the Xuhui District Procuratorate about the procedure and technical issues, and replied on the spot that the lawyer could check the papers in other places.  

　　 Since the case has more than ten volumes of files and the electronic documents are large, the two courts agreed to encrypt the electronic files and transmit them in the form of encrypted attachments on the procuratorial private network. After the Xuhui District Procuratorate's online review of the lawyer's application materials was passed, the Wangui District Procuratorate timely downloaded and burned the CD, and notified the lawyer to collect them on site.  

　　 Through efficient and orderly relay cooperation, In the afternoon of the same day, Lawyer Tao came to the Wanpeng District Procuratorate as scheduled. After on-site verification of his online application materials, the court handed him the recorded electronic file CD of the whole case 。  

　　 So far, this remote examination paper marking which spans more than 300 kilometers has come to a successful end, truly realizing "more data and less people". The reporter learned that this is also the first case of procuratorial cooperation handled by the Wangui District Procuratorate since the issuance of the Measures for Procuratorial Cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta Region, which is a concrete manifestation of promoting the integration of the Yangtze River Delta into a legal system and realizing the integration of litigation services.
