Go deep into the shipyard to publicize the Yangtze River Protection Law

　　 The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Yangtze River (hereinafter referred to as the Yangtze River Protection Law) is China's first law on comprehensive river basin management, creating a legal framework for ecological protection and sustainable development of the Yangtze River basin.  

　　 On March 1, the day of the official implementation of the Yangtze River Protection Law, the public interest litigation prosecutors of Chizhou Procuratorate and Guichi District Procuratorate, together with the relevant staff of Chizhou Water Resources Bureau, went to Wusha Town, Guichi District to go deep into the Wusha Law Enforcement Base of Chizhou Yangtze River Sand Mining Management Joint Law Enforcement Team and several shipyards of the Yangtze River Embankment (Wusha Section), Publicity of the law was carried out - the law was interpreted and reasoned about the cases related to the ecological protection of the Yangtze River basin handled by the Chizhou Municipal Procuratorate, and a booklet of the Yangtze River Protection Law and publicity leaflets were sent to law enforcement personnel and shipyard principals.  

　　 "The prosecutor is right. We live on the Yangtze River, and we should take the initiative to protect the Yangtze River. Through today's publicity and learning, we have strengthened our awareness of protecting the Yangtze River." The principals of the shipbuilding base have said that they will take the lead in learning and implementing the Yangtze River Protection Law to jointly protect the ecological environment of the Yangtze River.  

　　 After the field publicity, Chizhou Procuratorate and Chizhou Water Resources Bureau held a symposium on "River Chief System+Procuratorate" and the implementation and publicity of the Yangtze River Protection Law. The symposium had in-depth exchanges on comprehensively carrying out the law popularization and publicity of the Yangtze River Protection Law, promoting and implementing the long-term mechanism of "two leaders" linkage, realizing information interconnection and sharing The consensus was deepened on strengthening the connection and cooperation between administrative law enforcement and public interest litigation, as well as the deficiencies.
