On September 8, the Procuratorate of Huaiyuan County, Anhui Province organized a public hearing to solve the problems of prisoners who have not been detained before trial and sentenced to actual punishment but have not been handed over for execution of punishment according to law, as well as those who are ill, disabled, elderly and other criminals who are difficult to deliver and take into custody.

In order to ensure the good effect of the hearing, the Huaiyuan County Procuratorate invited the Third Procuratorate Department of Bengbu Procuratorate, the supervision detachment of Bengbu Public Security Bureau, the head of Huaiyuan County Detention Center and some representatives of the city and county people's congresses, members of the county CPPCC Committee and people's supervisors engaged in relevant legal and medical work to attend the meeting, and specially invited psychiatrists from Anhui Rongjun Hospital to attend the meeting.

At the hearing, the participants fully expressed their opinions on the problem that the criminal Geng was rejected by the detention center, and put forward reasonable opinions and suggestions. The meeting made clear opinions on how to take prisoner Geng Mou into custody, and reached preliminary opinions on the problems of difficult delivery and custody of criminals in the future.
