In order to further standardize the hearing procedures of commutation and parole cases, constantly improve openness and transparency, promote fair and fair trials of commutation and parole cases, and strengthen the regular supervision of the People's Procuratorate's performance of duties according to law, on the morning of May 22, relevant comrades of the Standing Committee of Bengbu Municipal People's Congress, four deputies from different industries of Bengbu Municipal People's Congress and seven cadres of the Municipal People's Congress went into Bengbu Intermediate People's Court, Attended the online trial of seven cases of commutation and parole, including criminal Zhang.  

　　 Seven criminals, including Zhang, were detained in Bengbu Prison to serve their sentences. The court trial was connected to the prison through the video system, and the criminals were interrogated one by one by the judges and the procurators in court.  

　　 Bengbu Prison requested commutation of sentence for these seven cases. The original sentences were all more than 10 years' imprisonment, involving crimes such as duty crimes, currency counterfeiting, and fund-raising fraud. During the trial, the procurators conducted corresponding cross examination and inquiry on the conditions, range and interval of commutation of prisoners, and supervised the whole process of the trial. For prisoners who had not completed the performance of property punishment and had unstable performance, the procurators, in combination with the law and current criminal policy, issued procuratorial opinions in court according to law, The prisoners expressed no objection in the video link.
