From May 20 to 23, the 8th Business Competition for Outstanding Public Prosecutors of the Procuratorial Organs of Bozhou City, Anhui Province was held in Bozhou. 77 post prosecutors and assistant prosecutors from the criminal procuratorial departments of the procuratorial organs of the city held a business competition for three and a half days.  

　　 This competition set up the written examination of pleading guilty and punishment cases, the written examination of criminal prosecution business, the defense of criminal prosecution business, the mock court debate and other links, and awarded the city's public prosecution pacesetter, the city's outstanding public prosecutor, the best debater, excellent debater, and excellent organization award.  

　　 In the examination of the practice of pleading guilty and punishment and criminal prosecution business, the examination questions were derived from the files of real difficult and complicated public prosecution cases, covering several common crimes in the practice of handling cases. The focus of the examination included many criminal prosecution businesses, such as fact finding, evidence review, application of law, and litigation supervision. The total length of the two written examinations was 12 hours, not just a test of intelligence, It is also a challenge to physical strength.  

　　 In the defense of criminal prosecution business, the focus is on the application of law, case jurisdiction, evidence acceptance, etc., not only to investigate the players' on-site response ability, but also to require players to have enough accumulation and precipitation in peacetime.  

　　 In the mock court debate, both the prosecution and the defense investigated the language expression ability, psychological quality and on-the-spot response ability of each contestant against the argument "The criminal suspect, Mr. Wei, tampered with the store collection code, and the customer's payment behavior constituted a crime of theft or fraud?".  

　　 At the commendation meeting after the competition, Huang Shibin, chief procurator of the People's Procuratorate of Bozhou, said that we should take this business competition as an opportunity to explore new ways of team building, give full play to the exemplary, leading and radiating role of pacesetters, actively adapt to the needs of trial centered litigation system reform and judicial responsibility system reform, and show the good image of the public prosecution team, We will better give play to procuratorial power and contribute to procuratorial responsibility in the practice of rule of law construction.
