On April 27, Fuyang Municipal Procuratorate and Taihe County Procuratorate jointly inspected the production of two agricultural drinking water enterprises in Fentai Town, Taihe County, and used portable quick inspection equipment to detect the ratio of "chlorine" in tap water sampled on the site. Through sampling, zeroing, reagents, colorimetry, standing and other procedures, the procuratorial police can draw the detection conclusion in only 10 minutes, and the person in charge of the enterprise will sign for confirmation.
In order to ensure the quality of the test, under the witness of the person in charge of the enterprise, the procuratorial police sealed the water quality sampling samples on the site, and sent the sealed samples to the manufacturer of the rapid inspection equipment for secondary testing to verify the test results and ensure the scientific accuracy of the test conclusions. After the comparison of the results, the public interest litigation department of Fuyang Procuratorate will decide to carry out the next step according to the situation.
This on-site inspection and field test is the first time that the Fuyang Public Interest Litigation Rapid Inspection Laboratory has independently completed the testing operation in a practical state after several rounds of testing technology operation training, with the cooperation of public interest litigation and the procuratorial police of the technical department. It is the first demonstration of the effectiveness of public interest litigation rapid inspection equipment and the learning achievements of all trainees.
